Somebody turned the furnace off last night, so it went down to 59 F in my room.... I didn't sleep AT ALL....like didn't even manage to close my eyes for 5 minutes... and my stomach feels the worst it has in a long time :( I get the day off at least, but at what cost? I feel like I am going to throw up, but I won't...and I can't for the life of me fall asleep. I am drinking some ginger ale now, and it is helping slightly, but anyone else know what will help?

it constantly gets below 50 in my room around winter all the time. double up on the blanket. u're feeling sick cuz of lack of sleep. get some rest. drug up with nyquil or any other drowsy cold medicine.

Bundle up in blankets and get some rest. Consider leaving the tv on a low volume, maybe the low sounds will lull you to sleep.

59 isn't that cold. When I was a kid, our heat consisted of a wood stove, and when that thing died down at night, the temps dipped down to numbing degrees.

Feel better soon. :)
