here's my story....

i placed an order at footlocker.com for a pair of sandals and sneakers on june 8. about a week after, i recieved half my order. the sandals were delivered to my house via fed-ex ground. since then, i have waited and waited, but never got the sneakers. so tonite, i called footlocker.com's customer service number. they said the sneakers shipped the day after the sandal's were shipped. he mentioned, however, that the sneakers were shipped USPS, and gave me a tracking number. i tracked the package and it claims to have been delivered on june 16.

now i am thinking that someone must have stole my package. about two months back, someone took a package off my porch and took the contents (a usb cf card reader) and left me an empty box. so somehow, i am not too shocked. so i asked the footlocker csr what credit card i used to pay for this order with, hoping that maybe they might help me. before i called, i looked online to check my statements, but there is not sign of any charges from footlocker.com. then i check all my other credit cards too... nothing from footlocker.com, nor any charges for the amount of my order. my next course of action was to call each credit card... just in case the websites were not updated. after an hour on the phone, all credit cards verified that i have not been charged from footlocker.com, or have there been any charges or authorizations for the amount of $64.97 .

this is wierd. why? becuz first, i was pissed as hell that i didn't get my order. then i was pissed at hell becuz someone must have stole my package from my porch, since USPS tracking says the package was delivered. then it turns out that i have not been charged, so i essentially am getting the sandals for free. so i didn't get the sneakers... no big deal, since i wasn't charged anyway. this actually works out better, becuz coincidentally, the same sneakers are available at marshalls for cheaper then what i was expecting to pay. wow... what a roller coaster of a nite. i can sleep in peace now. nite nite everyone :)

dispute it. if you make a charge, they have to charge your account within a reasonable time frame.

As for the Shoes, call the USPS and ask for proof of delivery, ie was it signed for, if not, file a claim with them. I've had to do this many times :(

when i called the footlocker.com csr, he gave me a usps tracking # (aka - delivery confirmation #), which when i input it into their website, says that the item was delivered on june 16th. i never got any package. i've got a hunch some stupid punk stole the package from my porch. :|

as for filing a claim, what exactly will that accomplish?
