I am Having a tough time deciding between 4 mobos... All 939s(serious)

Also, I am having a bit trouble thinking if I want SLI or not for a few bucks more. I don't think I want it cause I probably will not buy 2 of the same cards, but if it future proofs me for more SLI cards coming out than more power to it...

Anyway here are the mobo's I been looking at and have been recommended too...

I been wanting the Abit AN8 for the longest time, but I really don't like the fact that is is non-ultra so I was looking at 3 others...

Also my new upcoming rig is going to be a

AMD64 3700+ sandiego
1gb corsair XMS
200 seagate SATA
ATI x850XT pci-e

This rig will be strickly a gaming rig only and I plan on oc-ing just the video card and cpu.

MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum
I like this one but it is up there in price and it seems to not have as many features as the others...

DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D
I am not all about the colors but most of you will pick this, I know it... lol

ABIT AN8
I like the looks and the features and you can't really beat that pretty nice price...

And the

CHAINTECH VNF4/Ultra
ppl keep recommending this one because of the cheap price for an ultra.

I am sorta in the same boat. Im looking to upgrade and have been trying to figure out what to buy. I think the top 3(NON-SLI) boards are the ASUS A8N-E, MSI K8N NEO4 Plat, and DFI LANPARTY UT NF4 Ultra-D. I would forget the abit and chaintech. It seems like the DFI is whats recommended for OCing, which I havnt decided if I am going to do yet. One thing I dont like about the DFI is, it seems like they dont have any warranty. I checked their website, didnt see any warranty info. nor any RMA instructions info so...that scares me. I think the Asus and MSI board are pretty decent.

Why not Chaintech boards? it seems like they are quality and tend to be on the inexpensive side....Is there something I'm missing here? Getting ready to build my first rig and wondering what mobo to use

Well one reason not to use Chaintech is that they only give a one year warranty. Asus, MSI, AOpen all give 3 year warranties.(if I forgot any manufacturers that have 3 year warranties please list them).

so you really think I need a DFI just to OC the the cpu and card alot? since it is a sandiego core i want to try and get it too 2.6ghz...

I also like my dfi, runs my 3700 9nm past 2.6 easy. Finding 1024x2 ram is proving to be very research intensive though. I'm picking up some crucial value said to do 3-3-3 at 250 1/1
