True, but it would make it very very hard for my workplace to function with me gone.

Funny how almost everyone seems to think that about their job... but yet thousands of people get $hitcanned every day.

There are a total of 5 people that I work with, its a fairly small office, there are basicaly two shifts, opening and closing. Myself and one other coworker are the only people that know the procedures for both. Two other co workers know how to do one or the other, and my boss can do neither and has no initiatve to learn how to. The coworker that knows how to do both has stated plainly he will be leaving at the end of the year. If I left or was fired they would be screwed.

5 people? You're expendeble. If it was only a 2, or maybe 3 person office.... maybe, but even then probably only until a replacement is lined up.
