I am going on a health conscious plan

i am little over weight, got a belly. dont have the will to push my self for any over night wonder.

my plan, eat health and exercises, maintain this for 3 months at a time

eat health: limited portion of everything. no over indugling, nothing greasy, fatty(ie pizza). more water and fruit and veggie

exercises: since dont want jog everyday, i will try jumping jacks and short spring to and from the train station. 50 sit up and push up every morning and night. (well, maybe not for starters hehe)

so enough said, who is with me?
 
Well, people who excercise everyday, runs the 5 miles, eats the five servings of fruits of veggies, avoids red meat, lots of fishes, don't smoke and only occasional wine, can drop dead on the spot out of the blue. So eat whatever you want, 'cause you don't know when you'll die. Could be in the next 5 minutes, could be in 50 years.

i agree with you
but, something tells me i should take better care too
 
I eat and drink whatever I want and I'm not in bad shape. I have seen many health freaks drop dead even with all their effort.

I prefer to enjoy life in moderation. Yeh, moderation, that's the ticket.

Funny you should ask. I'm back on the diet again today.

I'll be walking a lot and keeping busy working in the yard instead of pushing the mouse around.
