Paypal should be talking to her credit card company to tell them that she agreed to the payment and the item is as advertised. Then the CC will tell her she has to pay it. Don't take a hit.

If you want to let her send it back, you can always reauction it. But make her pay you for your shipping fee to get it to her and she has to pay to get it back. Have her send another payment to you to cover the shipping and then you can refund the original payment.

If you haven't been listening, PayPal doesn't talk to their CC company in the event of a chargeback. You instantly become liable, not only for the money involved, but also for a $10 fee because the transaction was reversed.

If the OP is still reading, it *might* be a good idea to get SafeHarbor involved in this.

No. You get screwed by paypal more as a seller. On ebay it is very hard once you get a chargeback. And running a web hosting business with paypal? Hell. That's so bad unless you have only like 10 customers... I just sold a $315 cell phone to someone with 0 rating. They paid within 2 min though.. hope this is real.
