So I went a ahead and bought this
MotherBoard
ASRock didn't work out very well for me.
Sold the AGP Card and bought the DDR2 memory.
So if you all had any experince please feel free to indulge me
It is P35 Express Chipset GigaByte MB
 
thats the boar dive been eying since it also supports DDR3. its kind of like future proofin your PC. probably going to go with that and a E6320 and be good for a long time.

Just wonder where you read that, because according to the manual and website for the motherboard:

Mixed mode, populating DDR2 and DDR3 memory modules simultaneously is not supported.

I'm just wondering why the rush to the P35 chipset motherboards and not wait for the X38 boards? Just curious.......I know the X38 is only supposed to "officially" support DDR3 memory, but outside Intel itself, I don't think that DDR2 X38 motherboards will be that rare.

Yea thats true being the ASrock i think has a Conroe845 mobo that supports core 2 duo chips and DDR1 memory. Im sure the X38 will be manipulated somehow into incorporating the now 'Standard' architecture of memory.

That would be the Conroe865PE mobo, I have one. Works nice, actually.

As for the X38 supporting DDR2, does the chipset memory controller support that? Because if it doesn't, then there's no way to add it in.
 
Pretty sure it's going to be the same or similar to the mem controller on the P35, which supports DDR and DDR3. It might be the same NB with a different SB for PCI-E 2.0 and the other differences for that matter.

This is very Question
The reason I bought because; I see no point of getting Older Chipset MB, While I can get a newer Chipset.
This was little chipper or some cases same prices as I would get P865.
I can not wait; I dont have a COMPUTER at home for my self.
So there was no point for me waiting it. I didn't bought because I have DDR3
I like the fact it has feature for Future memory Module.

DDR3 is the only officially supported memory for the Intel X38 Express. Intel touts DDR3-1333 memory for X38 Express motherboards. DDR2 memory support has been removed officially from the X38 Express, however, the memory controller can still function with DDR2, just without Intel validation.

DFI has two X38 Express-based models in the pipeline ? the LANParty X38-T2R and the X38-T3R. The two models differ in the memory support department. The LANParty X38-T2R supports DDR2-800 memory while the X38-T3R supports DDR3-1333.

Gigabyte is taking the same route as DFI, with two X38 Express based motherboards ? the GA-X38T-DQ6 and GA-X38-DQ6. Both boards have similar feature sets, with the GA-X38T-DQ6 offering DDR3 support while the GA-X38-DQ6 supports DDR2.

MSI, with the X38 Diamond, squeezes in support for DDR2-800 and DDR3-1333 memory on the same board.

Foxconn's X38 board, like the MSI board, has a total of six memory slots, and it supports both DDR3 memory at speeds of up to 1333MHz and DDR2 memory running at up to 1066MHz.
