Recently built 2500k system, attempting my first OC in years, the last one was on a Athlon XP 2200+.. yeah that's a decade ago. D:

I'm not OCing for bragging rights, and I don't want to stress my system too hard I just want to get as much punch out of the chip as possible at a level where I can keep it running for the next 3-4 years no problem.

mobo: Biostar TZ77XE3
cooler: Hyper 212 EVO

Due to not being able to find any info whatsoever about OCing a 2500k on this board.. I haven't messed with any advanced power settings at all. The only things i've changed are Multi and Vcore. Each of the settings labeled 'stable' i've ran P95 for an hour with no errors.. I realize that doesn't mean 100% stable but it's close enough for me to determine I can use that setting to stress it further. What i've got so far:

4.0 ghz - 1.26 VC = STABLE
4.1 ghz - 1.26 VC = STABLE
4.2 ghz - 1.26 VC = STABLE
4.3 ghz - 1.26 VC = BSOD
4.3 ghz - 1.27 VC = BSOD
4.3 ghz - 1.28 VC = BSOD
4.3 ghz - 1.29 VC = STABLE
4.4 ghz - 1.29 VC = BSOD
4.4 ghz - 1.30 VC = BSOD

Temps on all of these were around 50c each time while running Prime. Highest temp recorded was 55c, but usually it hung right around 48-52. I've seen not ONE error in Prime.. the system would just blue screen and i'd have to start over, usually within 30 seconds of starting prime.

TLDR: Am I doing anything wrong, or is there something more I should be doing? 4.4 or 4.5 was the highest I was aiming for realistically.. but I also didn't want to go over 1.3 voltage.. looking at other's examples I didn't expect to have to before 4.5ghz but apparently I can't even do 4.4. Going from 1.26 to 1.29 for 100mhz seems a little absurd to me. Would one of the advanced power options change this? Is going over 1.3 messing with my goal of not stressing my system too hard?

It's right where it says "Manual CPU Power System" in your second picture. I bumped max amps and watts to 300 in my BIOS.

And more likely than not, you just need more volts. You're still in a pretty low range right now, so you have some headroom.
