It has a minimum output of 4.25A.

I dont think all my hdd will use up the 4.25A.
I have 3 IBM drive each requiring 500mA. (2A at startup)
1 Pioneer DVD which uses about 2A.

So I will be using 3.5A appoximately. However, it will MINIMUM give out 4.25A.
Checking other PS, their minimum output at 12V is very low, 0.5A-2A. I checked 2themax and SPI's page and both of them has very low 12v minimum output where as enermax has a 4.25A min. Will it burn my components?

Why are you worrying? These are standard PSU's for PC's intended to be used with the exact hardware some of which you mentioned. It can output more meaning you can power up more hardware from it without the PSU bursting open from the sheer work needed to get things up and running.

It is just a higher spec current output. Current will not be forced down the throats of your components. They will only use what they need.
