I am clueless when it comes to mobos, plz point me in the right direction.

I just found myself $500 richer and I want to upgrade.

Which mobo:

ABIT NF7-S
ASUS A7N8X Deluxe
EPOX 8RDA3+
or
Other(I really don't want to spend more than $140 on the mobo. 5.1 out is a plus and yes I know the Epox doesn't have it.)


If I go ahead with the upgrade I will have a 2500+ Barton and an AX-7 heatsink. I also hope to overclock it but I dunno if I'm up for it. I plan on getting SATA drives as well.
