I say keep the Centurion 5. Have it and love it. I had some experience with Raidmax and it was far from pleasent. I also think the Centurion 5 looks better.

Sorry! Something I learned a LONG time ago -- don't listen to ppl that type in all lower-case letters...

Anybody else?

Sorry! Something I learned a LONG time ago -- don't listen to people who replace "people" with "ppl"

I sell stuff on eBay -- Cisco routers, and so forth -- and I NEVER use UPS!!!

That is, I used them ONCE, e.g. one time, and it took 10 days for an item to go from Arizona to Michigan. The customer was screaming bloody murder -- thought I had stiffed him, etc.

I've had equally bad experience with FedEx Home, the one time I used them... It was like FedPonyExpress!

Personally, I've had the best luck with USPS Priority Mail, of all ppl! Go figure...

Next time, if you have a choice, use USPS Priority Mail, if you have a choice... ;)

that's because it isn't really tracking, it's delivery confirmation. as in, when it's delivered you (sometimes) can confirm it. it's cheap, that's all i can really say for DC, but they never (to my knowledge) advertised it as real tracking.

FedEx Home had the BEST tracking I've ever seen -- amazing, actually!

You could tell when and where the package was -- at this location, at that location, on the truck, off the truck, supposed to be on the truck but accidently left at another location, picked up and back on the truck again headed to another location, yada, yada, yada...

The thing is, they were is SLOWEST, so all this tracking just added to the frustration.

With UPS tracking, so called, I found out the shipment (in the above post) sat in the strip mall for 3 days before UPS even picked it up -- no kidding! Should have had UPS pick it up at my house, instead of taking it to them, but live n' learn...

USPS Priority Mail rocks! They even give you free shipping materials -- boxes, envelopes, packaging tape, shipping labels -- everything! Or, at least they used to. I've still got a whole closet full of this stuff, so I haven't had to replenish my stock... :)

*edit*

w00t! Check this out! Free co-branded shipping supplies now!!! I love these guys...

Smilodon I purchased came with broken pins holding the bezel on. Filed damaged item complaint, refund and free 3 day shipping on any other case I chose to buy. The smilodon looks better on the web than when its in your home sadly.

Well it came, but the box was banged up badly(the case box itself since it was used for shipping as well so refused delievery.). Back to square one. A new case with a 120MM exhaust and preferebly a removable MB tray.

Personally, my biggest deciding factor for case quality is whether you can actually mount the motherboard and screw it into the standoffs without literally twisting it. That comes from several years of working for local yokle computer shops...

I'm happy with my Enlight 7237 from 3 years ago.

I have the Centurion 5. I find it's much better than a discontinued Enermax I had before because the front panel connections actually make sense.

The main reason I got it is because the front panel is made like a mesh where the air passes through. This is the correct airflow and that's the way I like it. Of course, I took off the plastic things where the 5 1/4 inch drivebays are and painted that whole section black. I put in a 120mm purple fan in the back and inside I have silver round IDE cables. I also have a Zalman 7000 with the blue LED. I have the black model with the blue trim and side window. Instead of the Coolermaster 350 watts, I have a 500 watt Seasonic. Anyway, it looks incredible with the purple 120mm fan etc. I don't regret it except wish they would have taken out the plastic tooless design thingy for the hard drives etc. It was also a chore to take all the extra power cables I don't use and stuff them behind the spot where the hard drives go.

Don't know anything about Raidmax.

The spot behind the HD cage is excellent, easiest/best case I've worked with to date, now I have the LL on the way.
