Well, I have DSL and home phone thru BellSouth and I am pleased as punch. Compared to the cable company (Insight), BellSouth is a customer service paradise!

Cingular, however, is getting on my nerves. One of the cell phones on my plan stopped working and it's been 3 days and they can't figure it out.

Who's that?

And why would I tell? I prefer the suspense, it could be you.

If it were me, how would you even see these posts? Or does ignore not work that way?

And there's no particular reason why you'd tell. I don't really care that much. 🙂

Edit: I guess it's just for PMs.

They call me a few times a week to say I owe them money. I have been dealing with this since LAST december and I don't owe them a fvcking penny. Everytime I talk to someone new for 30 minutes and they say it is taken care of.... then a few weeks later it starts up again.

I am currently talking to them right now. Once again they are trying to fvck me again.

No, I can still see the posts of the person (believe me, I wish I couldn't). Thankfully, though, he can't PM me.

They won't ever fix it and will turn it over to collection. DirectTVDSL did that to me. One of these days I will pay for a credit report so I can get the transaction ID's and protest the negative on my credit report.

Something like that happened to me with Qwest before. They got my mailing address wrong somehow (even though they successfully activated phone services at said address) and the bills were being returned to sender, however they didn't notify me they just shut off my service. I called them up from the office and it took three times with three different folks before I straightened out the matter. Absolutely terrible customer service. They also told me I couldn't get DSL because of too many twists and turns in the line, however Earthlink was happy to take my money and provide excellent DSL service. Go figure.

It is ok. The are supposed to be fixing it again, but I am contacting my attorney right now.

I'm sorry but Qwest (formerly US West) takes the cake.

No other Bell company can possibly be worse than Qwest is/was/will be.
