The exam is on Intro TO Corporate finance. The prof said there will be one question on Stock Valuation which requires no calculate but needs students to write a formula or expression.

He also said that is the hardest question on the exam, can someone please give me some hint or clue?

This is what the prof said about this question:

Stock Valuation
Level of difficulty: Hard (You DO NOT need to calculate the answer for this question )

IT worths 20% of the entire paper!!

i agree, this icould be the formula.

another way to find out what formula your proffessor may ask in exam is.

1 open text book
2 go to last pages where definition index is
3 look for stock valuation and the page number associated with it.
4 go to page and simply look at the topic to determine the formula in question

good luck

Maybe he would ask you to prove the GG formula... Simple Time value of money and Geometric progression concept....

OR maybe a case where g>k
