i always though hondas were crap but i was proved wrong yesterday

in a friends car the other day goin down the highway 95mph for 25 miles or so, was early so traffic wasn't bad on 495. oil light starts flashing so when we get to our exit we go to a mobil station and check the oil and it dosen't even register on the dipstick. go in to buy oil and they have 6 racks of ATF but not a single quart of oil. so we drive to a haffners station, no oil there either. so we drive to a market basket no oil there either. so we go to the citgo station across the street and put 2 quarts in, but it still dosen't register. took another 2 to get it to the full mark. kid is goin to school for automotive technology and works in a garage too.

idiot friend who happens to be a mechanic has been driving his 14 year old honda with over 200k miles around for who knows how long with just over a quart of oil in the engine.

Interesting. I love my Civic. Great cheap commuter car. Hondas = :heart:
