I had that. They sell then at Elder Beerman stores. Had the chocolate and bacon one too.

I got my mother a bacon/chocolate(different brand) candy bar for Valentine's day. She gave me a piece, and it wasn't all that great. The bacon flavor didn't come through that well, but the texture was interesting. For what it cost, there's better chocolate bars to be had.
