Tons of people are reporting that they have problems with their new computer, although they always find a way to post here. Is it in America common to have more then 1 computer at home?

For the average American, it's probably 1 computer, but realize the people who post on here are mostly geeks. We tend to build a new computer, and then put the old one in service the next door down, so it's 2-3 computers in many cases.

With my friends, it's mostly that the sons(about 16-20) have computers and they always upgrade it so if they have a problem with the upgrade, they couldn't check something like AT or so :)
