car1 puts blinker on...car2 puts blinker on...me= oh ok...they are going to turn and get out of my way...car1 turns...car2 turns blinker off and goes straight...it makes me SOOO mad...fakes me out every time and i almost wana ram them >(

Depending on the age of the driver, I believe that used to be the way it was taught. I know they have changed it since but the person could be used to doing it.

And to the OP, never assume anything in a car. Would a couple seconds really be worht the risk of not making sure of the other driver's intentions? Consider it a lesson in what seems to be a very new activity to you.
