I actually like the Ashlee Simpson album

I thought her voice was bad and she's a talentless product. Then after all the hype about the CD, I decided to download a few songs out of curiosity. Turned out there are a few songs that I actually like alot, such as:
Love makes the world go round
Undiscovered
Shadow
Pieces of me (the radio hit)

I ended up dl'ed 9 of the 12 songs.

lol. I also like heavy metal's like Megadeth (have 3 albums), Tesla, Iron Maiden, Metallica (tho they're not as good as Megadeth). I just have a broad taste. Can I have my man card back now?

Lot's of sh!tty pop singers "write" their own songs... with "a little" help from professional song writers.

I never said she's talented. I just like the songs which are well written and produced imo. Her vocal talent isn't great.

I like the song Shadow by her.... wasn't overly crazy about "Pieces of Me", but Shadow is cool.... I like how some of the lyrics, and perhaps the entire song refers to her older sister Jessica (living in her Shadow). I think she may have written that song too.... which I think is pretty cool. Seems like a pretty personal topic as opposed to typical pop. I think she has a better voice than her sister personally, and even discluding her sister I think she has a pretty good voice.
