I actually like Cyberfox better than Palemoon

Recently I ran into a whole bunch of problems with palemoon, especially in conjunction with certain 3rd party extension/plugins like the new Dragon Naturally Speaking 13 extension.

The fact that my company started to use the stupid sqwiggle website which needs a browser with WebRTC also didn't exactly help. (Palemoon has WebRTC removed).

Well, sqwiggle still doesn't work with Cyberfox (although Cyberfox has WebRTC)...but I have less compatibility problems with Cyberfox (I use the 32bit version) than with palemoon.

Moreover, isn't palemoon some very old branch (24) while Cyberfox is based on FF 31. And...it has lots of customization options AND supposedly according to some benchmarks is also faster than Palemoon.

TBH..I think palemoon has been dethroned, I really like Cyberfox a lot!

Were you using the 64-bit version of Pale Moon? That could give you more compatibility problems with addons since Firefox/64-bit is not as common. Also good to make sure the version of the addon you download corresponds to your browser version (i.e. the version that was released for 24, not Australis).

I'm using an old Firefox but am curious to see what direction Pale Moon will go.
