Right click my computer, manage, device manager, view-resources by type, expand IRQ. Voilla.

You are simply awesome. 🙂
I knew I had problems.
My tuner is skipping.
Now I just need to figure out how to get those things on their own irq.
I've done this before, I just don't remember how.
A little googling should get it done.
Thanks again!!!

You won't be able to adjust IRQ settings manually if your PC is set up with an ACPI HAL.

It appears I have another computer related question...
What's an ACPI HAL??? 😀
If I uninstall the device, will it be assigned another IRQ when it reinstalls?
ISn't there a way I can adjust the bios to make available a new irq when it installs?

Are you certain its an IRQ issue? Almost all PCI devices support IRQ sharing, as pretty much every modern computer uses it.
No problem, but I haven't seen an IRQ issues in eons. Certainly not on 2K/XP. IRQ sharing works quite well. Given that I seriously doubt you are having an actual IRQ issue, so... I have seen issues surrounding IRQs, but an it's always been a driver/software issue. Make sure your drivers (chipset, sound, any devices sharing IRQ with the device) are up to dateOriginally posted by: shilala
