Well, for all those of you who were wondering, I went up to my boss today and told him I accepted the possition. So now I'll be Manager of Technology for MIS. I start training with my current boss (the one taking over the Arizona facility) starting Wendsday and then he'll be leaving for Arizona sometime after the 1st of February. Thanks for all the ecouragement to take the possition. 🙂

For those of you who have absolutely no idea what I'm talking about, this thread will explain a lot more.
 
Congrats! Now just get yourself set up with a smart administrative assistant to smooth out that paperwork -phobia.
Have fun in AZ. You can rent sub-machine guns at the shooting range.
 
Nice work. I think you will be better off this way. You have to take promotions when you get them or you might not get another chance.
