In my never ending quest to find out what is going screwey on my computer I think I narrowed it down to the RAM (besides the bad video card from before). I called Newegg and told them my problem. The guy told me that I was past 30 days so he wasn't sure what he could do. I talked to him like a human being and asked him if I could just upgrade to better ram. He said they didn't do upgrades, but since I had been a customer for so long that he would refund me my money for my old ram. Then came the kicker, he upgraded me to second day shipping and waived the restocking fee. I didn't ask him to do either.
Great, now next week I am going to have to upgrade my mobo and buy a new LCD to show my appreciation.
