Basically all the end pieces that fall off BBQ during the smoking process are gathered and you have a new main dish. I had the 2 meat platter, Southside Rib Tips & Burnt Ends. Was suuuuuuper. And Pineapple Rage has to be a contender for one of the most delicious sauces ever created. Some pieces were mostly fat, but some were pure meat, a lot that nice lil crunch to them.
I'm sure they're not the 1st BBQ joint to do this, but Burnt Ends is a fucking genius idea.
