Hz vs Clear Motion Rate?

so, im not planning to buy 46" anymore, but 40".

tell me, the EH5300 model i will buy, is it good enough for everyday use?

120Hz - useful so that you can view 24p without 3:2 pulldown.
240Hz - useful for watching active shutter 3D content so that a black frame can be inserted between every left and right image, prevents ghosting.

You should not buy a TV with a higher refresh rate or for its interpolation features unless you like that effect (I feel its fine for video games, bleh for TV and movies). But higher is not by default "better" especially if all you are going to watch is normal HD television.

Don't pay for what you aren't going to use.

Whats strange is when you look at the features for the EH5300, it says 100Hz, not 120Hz.
