I have a Samsung SyncMaster 191T Plus 19" right now and I am possibly looking to upgrade for gaming purposes. Will I notice much difference?
 
Very much so. I have an Hyundai L90D+ and a Samsung 193p, and the hyundai is infinitely better for gaming. However, you'll prolly notice the dithering incurred by its 6bit panel.
