Hyundai L90D+ -- Feedback request

The Hyundai L90D+ is on sale for $380 at Newegg and I am thinking about picking up 2 of these: http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproductdesc.asp?description=24-179-014&DEPA=1

But I wanted to get some feedback from others before I plopped down $800. Here is my intended use:

- Web design (Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks) are the primary use (8-12hrs a day on work days)
- Light Photoshop
- Moderate Gaming (~1hr on a work day, maybe 4-6hrs on off days)
- Very light DVD watching (maybe 1 or 2 a month, usually just me and my wife)

My questions:

1) I heard that 6bit panels dither (a big no-no for my work), so is this an 8bit panel?

2) It says it has pivot, but will it go a complete 90* so I can have both in "letterhead" (3:4) mode instead of the standard landscape (4:3) mode? I do not have a lot of deskspace and working with 2 monitors side by side would be very hard. But if they both stand upright that would be PERFECT.

3) I will be plugging the 2nd LCD into a D-Sub 15-pin outlet on my 6800GT (1DVI, 1D-Sub). Anyone have experience with this on this panel?

I am thinking about buying these today, so feedback and firsthand experience is welcome!! Or alternative suggestions if they are similar price.

After spending about an hour of reading on the furums it seems yes it will rotate. The manufacturer lists it as a 16.7M color display, so that should be 8bit (if not I will return it).

The only other questions are:

1) The viewing angle: 150°(H) / 135°(V). Will this be fine in Portrait mode? I plan to have 2 in portrait mode, so testing the waters here. Heard 1 negative at Newegg, but was wondering if I could get more solid feedback here.

2) D-Sub 15. Anyone have experience with this?
