Hyundai Elantra 2014 deep scratch on plastic part of the door - please help!

Hi everyone! Today I got a flat tire. Insurance company towed my car to tire repair shop. While it was there they scratches it. I know that it happened exactly there because I have a photo of my car taken before it my car was intact (except flat tire). When I confronted manager about scratch he denied everything.
I called my insurance company but decided to do not file claim because my deductible is $250.
My question is what do I do now? Is there any way to repair it? Or I should find a body shop where it can be done professionally? How much will it cost in that case?
Any advise?

Dr Colorchip would probably work better than anything, and be one of the easiest routes. I don't know how well it works on plastic, but it does work. And it works fantastic on metal, so go look into it.

Hang on. Your Insurance Company tows your car, you get a scratch from tow and Insurance company won't help? Hmmmm.... After you get it fixed find a new Insurance company. Their tow caused you damage and that ain't right.

I would even contact your Insurance Company's Customer Service department and file a complaint. You never know unless you try. Be polite but firm.
