This is really just a math question

Increased penalty for killing a cop + chance of going straight to hell - jailhouse copkiller respect - chance of cop using deadly force

in other words:

An addition 5 years in prison + 100% of eternal damnation - 20% less chance of being bubba wife - 10% chance of a headhunting cop

I'd say the answer is

ARE YOU FVCKING HIGH?
