Let's say you get a Job offer from one company and started working there for a month or so. But after working their, you feel that it doesn't fit with what you want to do.

Would you stick it out? and Find something else immediately.

If you've already got a better offer then that makes it easier to leave. But be sure you really like the new one, because two short stays looks bad on a resume.

If its a short period, probably not. Otherwise, they'll be wondering what you did in the "missing" time gap.
