Have you ever had that feeling that your thoat is really really tight and you can't breathe as well?
It's been burdening me for the past 4 days, not to mention constant heartburns, even though I'm not eating anything that would normally cause heartburn. Overall I just feel crappy and I was hyperventilating while running the other day...
btw im not fat, im 152lb and 6ft tall and in very good shape...up until the past 4 days when this weird thing started happening

It could be a lot of things. Asthma was just the first thing that came into my head. You should really see your doctor and have it checked out.
