hypertransport sync flood error

i need help with a hypertransport sync flood error

not even overclocked i still get the same issue.
msi 770 g45
phenom II 955 3.2
8 gb corsair XM3 1333
Sapphire radeon hd 6850
Corsair H-50

While i play Battlefield bad company 2. starcraft regardless. ill get a error every 20 minutes. even randomly while listening to music. ive tried everything. upping my dram voltage. my cpu. everything.

so i was going to post on this site hoping i would get a better opinion for a fix.

P.S. Update your Bios either way it is a conflict between your CPU and Motherboard.
