Hypertransport Motherboard Issue

I accidentally had my motherboard setup on Auto for the HTT and was running my fsb at 280. Could it have done permanent damage to my motherboard? Having all kinds of driver issues and whatnot and wondering if this could be it.
 
well i just booted up with my HHT at 3, and Im running 9x301. Seems pretty stable so far but gonna prime95 overnight and see what happens. For some reason the diagnostic manager that comes with this seems to cause problems so I unistalled that, and I broke a IDE pin on my cdrom so Ill have to pick up another tommorow. So I think a new drive will have me smooth sailing.
