Hyper-V - Non-admins cannot connect to localhost

Hi,

Setting up a new server for virtual machines. Running Windows Server 2008 R2.

It seems to work fine with my own account, which is local admin. Other users cannot connect to localhost in the Hyper-V manager, though, they are told to ask the admin for access. I am the admin, but I do not know how to set up access.

My Google-fu is failing on this one. Any tips?
