Run CPU-Z and look at the Pentium 4 logo. If there are 2 small red square writing HT appear on upper right of the Pentium 4 logo and also FSB=200MHz then your Pentium 4 got Hyperthreading. Otherwise no.
If it got Hyperthreading, you can enable or disable HT in BIOS. Better enable HT.
