Hyper 212+ touching Northbridge sink

As the title says my one of my Hyper 212+'s heatpipes are touching my Northbridge heatsink, i was wondering if this would affect my northbridge at all. Ive got a Q6600(b3) at 3.1ghz so it runs fairly warm, around 52c. just concerned the heat from the pipe might lead to some sort of instability this summer. would i be better off to rotate the heatsink into a northsouth config?

System specs if you need em:
Q6600(b3)@3.1ghz
Hyper 212+ in push/pull
Haf 912
Gigabyte P43T-ES3G
XFX Hd 6950
XFX 650w psu

I would not worry about it one bit. The heatpipes aren't getting nearly as warm as the processor die. They generally aren't more than just a bit warm to the touch.

...and if they are, then something's wrong (fan's not working).
