Hyper 212 Evo as Passive cooler?

On an i3-4130. I'm pretty sure it'll work, but just making sure. Machine will not be used for gaming. igpu will be used. Case fans will be used.

I think it'll be fine especially if you have a couple of case fans. My fan died on my EVO 212+ but I have 4 120mm case fans and my CPU temps remain unchanged even under 100% load.
