Hynix PC3200 DDR400 memory - any good for OC?

Does anyone know if Hynix PC3200 DDR400 memory is any good at all especially for overclocking? I noticed that Dell's Dimension XPS which is the machine designed for gamers comes with Hynix PC3200 DDR400 512MB CL3 modules. I always thought Dell used Micron or Samsung modules.

Dunno, but CL3 is pretty poor right off the bat. I doubt you'll get it to do anywhere near 400mHz @ CL 2, a real overclockers latency.

Interesting but is Hynix actually a good brand of RAM or is it crap? Anyways, what chips does Corsair and Kingston's HyperX use for their PC3500 modules?

Okay, it seems with stock voltage and 1:1, I can get the FSB up to 232 with 3-3-3-8-8 timings. Should I increase the voltage on the CPU or the RAM to try to get higher rates? This is on a ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe w/ Zalman CNPS7000cu.
