Hey, while you're at it, I have a great fuel saving product (just add this gadget to your gas line, it will increase your mileage by 50%!!) and a wonderful sticker that will make your cell phone work 130% better as well!!

LOL, it never said that. Fat burners are to be used in conjunction with exercise. They do work, I have taken many before. Hell I urninate red when I take DNP because of all the fat I burn.

The only thing you have to watch out for is gugglestones, they can actually become counter productive.

The former is called a "Bicycle", the latter is called an "External antenna".

There are no quick solutions - just smart ones.

Hmm i think i will go through this bottle at lower dosages then recommended since they already bought it. I may try some of the other fat burners if this one does anything.

Hah...the ECA stack is pretty much what the exact formula of the original Ripped Fuel was. I took some back in the day, freshman year of college...Man, I slept a total of 8 hours over two weeks I think...

You have to be out of your mind?

Don't take ephedra at all. That stuff gives people heart attacks.

The body will develop the way it needs to develop without supplements. Forcing unnatural amounts of vitamins or non natural chemicals into the body is not healthy. You were built with all the supplements you need.

Except for those pesky essential amino acids. But really, who needs those? Protein synthesis is not all its cracked up to be. (not that essential AA's are analogous to HH, but it's a good smug response to a smug answer.)

I've seen reviews of this by users on random websites but i don't really trust them.

http://forum.bodybuilding.com/ - you can trust 99% of the people on this board for supplement talk

The thing with those forums is that most of those guys are amateurs. It's hard to trust any one source on that forum. I use it for reviews, but I'll take a look at a mass of threads on a particular supplement. Also, a lot of those guys are kids in middle school and high school.

His opinion on this subject was deemed non-credible after his first reply.

JLGatsby, have you completed remedial biology yet? My guess is no. Possibly not remedial physics either. Even if you can exercise all muscles with a dumbell, the amount of time involved would be ludicrous. And most people who don't exercise shouldn't immediately take up running. Nevermind your whole my body is a temple of perfection nonsense argument. That one is so silly it defeats itself just by reading it.

Uhhh yes it is. I hate how everyone on ATOT likes to come into fitness threads or supplement threads and act like they know it all. Any of the serious fat burners out there (legal or not) will make you urinate red, and, it is not blood. Why would you comment unless you have actually tried it?

This is why I rarely post in these threads anymore.

2,4-Dinitrophenol

Prices vary but you will be hard pressed to find someone that carries it. I actually only know 2 reliable sources and you need references to purchase.

Most supplements are scams but you most certainly need more than "a few dumbbells and a pair of running shoes" if you really want to improve your physique.

That's what the late night infomercials want you to think.

I'm not a fitness expert, but I do know you can exercise every muscle properly with just a dumb bell. It's a fact.

Last time I checked, power rack and barbell manufacturers didn't have to advertise on late night infomercials.

While you are correct that every major muscle group can be worked with dumbbells, it becomes incredibly awkward to do things like squats and dealifts with dumbbells once you move into the multi-hundreds of pounds.
