Hydrovision question: how do you get it to come on automatically

I FINALLY got my two monitors hooked up to my ATI radeon 8500. First gripe: hydrovision does not start automatically, so if I want to use my hot keys to zap windows between monitors I have to manually start it EVERY TIME. Anyone else dealing with this, or is it just a bum install? I am running on windows XP using the drivers from the CD- it is a fresh install of XP. I845 motherboard.
