Cool. The only thing I don't understand is:

Using hydrogen to power cars and factories would minimize the nation?s reliance on foreign oil because the United States has abundant natural gas resources.

If we have such abundant natural gas resources then why had the price of it gone up nearly 200% over the past few years.
