Anyone have a dual video card setup with an ATI and a, nVidia chipset with hydravision installed? If so, does Hydravision support the nVidia chipset (particularly GeForceFX)?
I have an ATI AIW 8500 128MB AGP card and I am looking to setup a multi-monitor desktop. So I've been looking for a dual output pci card (3 flatpanels total) and from all the reviews I've read, and spec-ing some cards out, I came out with the VisionTek Radeon 9100 pci and the Mad Dog GeForce FX 5200 pci. I have to go with the GeForce FX mainly because the VisionTek has a DVI-D and a DB15 whereas the Mad Dog has a DVI-I and a DB15. From what I read, a DVI to DB15 converter does not work with a DVI-D port, and the two extra
flatpanels I have are DB15. So I'm wondering if having the primary display on the ATI and the second and third dosplay on the GeForce will all be supported/ get along with hydravision.
Let me know if anyone has had problems or successes.
