It's a total piece of crap bit of software that I had installed for a very disappointing 30 seconds. Ultramon is about 12893462 times better than Hydravision could ever hope to be.

Is it possible to run a second instance of an application on a second monitor it the application itself in capable of running more than one instance?

Unless it is using the overlay then I can't see why not. If the program is capable of running mulitple instances, I really can't see how having dual monitors would affect it at all.
