hydraulic pump

I am looking for a hydraulic pump, i am using 4 cylinders to lift a skid off the back of a pick up so that i can drive out from under it. i have got 4 2in dia x 16 in stroke double acting cylinders that i am going to plumb together, one on each corner. i need a little more than 200 ci fluid displacement and about 200lbs pressure to lift the skid. ( everything will be rated to 3k max pressure) I am looking at hand pumps and 12v pumps. most of the hand pumps i have found have attached reservoirs that have volumes in the 20 to 100 ci range and the ones with larger volumes are very expensive. my budget is around 200 bucks.

can anyone help me locate such a pump? what i really want is a hand pump with external reservoir.

Also, if it doesn't have the volume you can plumb in a tank or if this is a one time thing stop and refill as you go.
