hw info shows less drive life

ok so it is showing 99% drive life remaining it was 100% a few days back why has it decreased

Try using the utility for whatever drive you have installed (it looks like it is a Western Digital possibly?).

And I also checked my 850 EVO with Samsung's utility, and it shows my drive at 99% as well. Not a surprise because after so much use, it will begin to go down over time. It's simply an estimate of the overall drive's health, and you should be a lot more concerned if SMART was reporting an increase in things like uncorrectable error count or POR recovery count.
 
Look closer at the screenshot. That highlighted attribute, is under the "Samsun..." header. So that's a Samsung drive, and he should use the Magician software for Windows with it.

That being said, dropping from 100% (unused) to 99% (barely barely barely used) drive life, is nothing to be concerned about. Unless you just installed the drive like 2 days ago, then it might indicate that the drive is receiving a high number of writes per day.
