I've been working on it, but Google/Wiki is just not being friendly today. A help is highly appreciated. The teacher guaranteed this question being on the mid-term.
 
Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands are American Territories, so I don't know they count.
Otherwise Cuba is just a boat ride away.
