hw/driver problem, help

Asus P3V4X (133)
Asus 6800 Deluxe (GeForce)

I'm using the Asus 3.75 drivers for the video card. When I install the Via 4.03 AGP driver, windows freezes on boot up. Anyone else having this problem? I'd like to use the Nvidia drivers but I lose video in/out... any solution?
