Husky does not seem to have a public website, or phone number.

No Lifer
Is that because they dont want people bothering them?

My H1503TP compressor isnt holding pressure. The stupid little plastic air regulator knob is wiggling lose and air constantly escapes from under it. Tank never goes above 15psi, according to the gauge.
Motor runs fine with no unusual sounds.
Lost my operator manual, found one online, no websites and no phone numbers.
Lost my warranty card, but I'm pretty sure the thing was only in-warranty for about a year. Since Husky moved production to China they havent really been standing by their products. Still, I think the warranty card may have had some good info for me.

Anyone have a brand they trust for small air compressors?

I've had a CALIFORNIA AIR TOOLS 10020AC for a couple years now and love it. It's so quit that even the kids can't hear it running when I use it in the house for jobs like tacking trim and baseboards into place.
It also has plenty of power for bigger jobs to which is nice.

Every oilless compressor I've ever had has failed. I believe they all also have a fairly limited duty cycle. To be fair, I run the crap out of them on the job, in less than ideal conditions.

I rarely used mine. I think its just garbage. Will check out some of the above suggestions.

Husky doesn't really make anything anymore. It is a house brand exclusive to Home Depot, and many different manufacturers supply products under the Husky name brand.
If you want parts for your compressor they are available, here's one link, I'm sure with a little Google-fu you can find others.

I used a Porter-Cable 6 gallon pancake compressor for 3+ years...then...pop...still runs, won't build pressure.
So, bought a Ridgid 6 gallon pancake compressor. Builds pressure faster, feels like it weighs twice as much.

They all do that sooner or later. I pulled one apart a while back, the piston ring was an odd material, almost like leather. Th crank, push rod, and piston with the ring installed were sold as a single assembly, and cost about half what I paid for the compressor. I ended up dumping it and going to battery powered nailer's for trim.

yeah, I looked into parts...like you said, would have cost half (or more) of the price to replace it. Not worth it.
