From the Topic Title, I was led to believe you were looking for suggestions on "How to ....". But apparently you already have that covered.

Try flexing your back muscles.... Lay on your stomach with a pillow or two under your chest. Try to push your back into proper alignment by flexing it...this is only going to help if a disc is out of place. If it's purely muscular, just rest and maybe take an advil. Btw.....bend those knees!!!
