How large can a hurricane get?

Could there ever be one as big as Typhoon Tip or even larger?

Well, you don't get hurricanes like you used to.
Back when I was a lad we would get 300 mph hurricanes at least a couple times a month.
And we were thankful for them.

If so I have to go back to that time period so I can get a even greater rush and thrill!

And you walked 6 miles to school, right? Uphill both ways? With just paper sacks for shoes and your mom's tampons tied together for a scarf?

Who could walk with all that water? We would swim to school.
We weren't lucky enough to have tampon scarves. I knew some kids who had those and we were all jealous.
