The Universe will find favour for us if we only [insert stupid thing here].

Dude's head is full of superstitious nonsense. There is no god to help us, only a placebo "god" to comfort us.

I don’t know if I’m derailing this thread or not, but forcasts are showing Ian plowing into Tampa. Some are even showing it ripping across Florida and then reorganizing in the Atlantic, which could potentially make another landfall on the east coast.

Here is the latest NHC forcast.

I’m stoned btw.

I witnessed the aftermath of Andrew. Forests of pine trees, at a 45 degree angle looking like tooth picks stuck in the ground. Metal I beam signs, not bent over from the face of the sign, but shaped like an S from the thin side.

How the fuck this Oklahoma guy figure he's gonna get drought relief?

He was talking about rain we got 4 weeks ago, basically the only significant rain the state got all summer.

Meh, Euro model is the only one worth paying any attention to. It's the only one that was forecasting a Tampa strike back when it was called Invest 98-L and was near Venezuela.

Yeah, I just found it interesting.

Right now it’s looking like potentially a Cat 3 at landfall with devastating floods. Cuba didn’t seem to weaken it much.

I know people in Florida who are expecting a rough time. I'm glad for them we don't have a petulant manbaby as President; he'll do what's right and help people recover. No PR games or denying help over politics. Hopefully their dipshit governor won't find a way to make things worse, but then that's what he does.

I hope it's not as bad as they are fearing. Florida is screwed up enough.

It appears to be dragged further East of the forecast track, as it exits Cuba.
Landfall may be further south of Tampa than currently forecast.

Well, that and god doesn't exist.
The guy is a typical Christofascist. If someone wants to believe in whatever form of "God" they want to, they're free to do so in the US. But fucktards like this guy want to run the government on it as well, and try to guilt everyone else into following his imagined ideals of behavior, that he likely doesn't follow himself.

Fuck that idiot, and anyone else like him. Oklahoma would be better off without him.
